主要研究方向
(1)益生菌的搜集,鑒定,安全性評估,益生菌產品開發
從發酵食品,環境,動物,人體搜集益生菌,培養發酵,安全性評估。
(2)乳酸菌和腸道微生態與疾病的相關性研究
利用益生菌調節菌群穩態防治疾病,如高尿酸癥,脂肪肝,牙周炎,帕金森癥等。
(3)微生物發酵
微生物發酵提高生物活性,開發具有抗氧化、美白、抗皺等功能性化妝品。
微生物發酵液提取新型抗菌活性物質。
